Hello!

We are Jimmy and Missy Connell, which hopefully explains the oh-so creative “JMC” of our business name. We are a husband and wife team, married since 2013, and have a combined total of over 18-years of photography practice and a background in brand marketing.

Jimmy is our tech lead and specializes in drone, virtual tours, and floor plan services. Missy is our creative and business lead, specializing in photography, video, and day-to-day operations and marketing.

We are enthusiastic about real estate photography journey and enjoy finding ways to highlight all the best features of a home - even the homes that need a little TLC. We are also passionate about the level of professionalism and rapport we bring to all of our clients. We understand how hard our clients have worked to build their own brand and reputation in the market, so strive to make sure our level of service matches theirs.

Our goal with JMC Visuals isn’t to just be your vendor, but to become your trusted, go-to, strategic partner and to provide premium results that will impress your clients and help you continue to grow your business.

A Little More About Us:

In 2019, Missy left her 15-year career as a digital marketing and brand strategist at large tech corporations in the Seattle area in pursuit of a full-time career in photography. Jimmy followed shortly after when he traded in his 10-year career in the auto industry to help Missy build out JMC Visuals.

Missy is a natural visual storyteller and an accomplished portrait and brand photographer whose work has been featured on the covers and pages of national magazines and books. She has also been featured on websites and social media profiles for small to large brands. You can find her work at missypalacol.com.

Jimmy is a natural with all things tech. His interest in photography came when he took flight of his first drone and started dabbling with 360° photography and virtual tours. While his photography may not have as much recognition as Missy’s (yet), he is well-known amongst friends and family for his balsamic glazed beef short ribs and grilling a tasty steak to perfection.

Together they share a love for strong coffee as they raise their active toddler son and fluffy Lhasa Apso Yorkie mix pup. As a family, they enjoy traveling to beach destinations, specifically Cannon Beach, OR, and Kauai, and love to host nightly living room dance parties for their son.
